Surcharge +£10 per tier
For celebration cakes with extra deep tiers or sharp contemporary edges we recommend using chocolate ganache under the fondant icing. Our ganache can be made in white, milk or dark chocolate, this doesn’t stop you having buttercream and fillings, it just works as a hard shell coating.

Allergens
Our products contain wheat (gluten), butter and milk (lactose), egg and may also contain nuts, peanuts, soya and sulphur dioxide (sulphites). If you or any of your guests have any allergens then please advise us of these when placing your order. If you have any questions about what is in any of our products then please get in touch.
Nuts
Our products may contain traces of nuts. If you specify beforehand then we will take extra precautions to make sure your cake doesn’t contain or come into contact with any nuts.
However, please be aware that because of the nature of our business, all of our products are made in an environment where nuts are present.
