For wedding cakes with extra deep tiers or sharp contemporary edges we recommend using chocolate ganache under the fondant icing. Our ganache can be made in white, milk or dark chocolate, this doesn’t stop you having buttercream and fillings, it just works as a hard shell coating.

Our products may contain traces of nuts. If you specify beforehand then we will take extra precautions to make sure your cake doesn’t contain or come into contact with any nuts.
However, please be aware that because of the nature of our business, all of our products are made in an environment where nuts are present.
